Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MononcleAI ("the Service"), operated by Bluebook Technology Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using MononcleAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MononcleAI is an AI-powered voice conversation tool for practicing Québécois French. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for language practice purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MononcleAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service without an account for up to 2 free trial sessions. To subscribe, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

Free trial: 2 sessions per device, no sign-up required.
Monthly plan: $14.99 USD/month, billed monthly through Stripe. The first month is offered at an introductory rate of $4.99 USD; the regular rate of $14.99 USD/month applies from the second month onward.
Annual plan: $119.88 USD/year (equivalent to $9.99 USD/month), billed annually through Stripe.
Subscribers receive one 5-minute conversation session per day.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Abuse, exploit, or attempt to bypass session limits or payment systems.
Use automated tools to interact with the Service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Share or redistribute your account access.

6. AI-Generated Content

Conversations with Mononcle Michel are generated by AI. The character's responses are fictional and for educational entertainment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any language instruction provided. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect responses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of MononcleAI are owned by Bluebook Technology Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MononcleAI, you consent to the practices described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MononcleAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep MononcleAI available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Québec.
